ABOUT the WRITER

Love is the most powerful force in the world. And the most underutilized capacity in leadership.

I came to this realization the long way. A Babson MBA, Global Leadership Fellow at the World Economic Forum. Years advising leaders on power, systems, and public life. At every level I saw the same pattern: leaders who understood consciousness as an idea, not yet as a way of leading, and the systems they built reflected it.
